Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland France and Belgium.

Delivery times

• Order preparation: 24 to 48 hours.
• Shipping: 5 to 8 business days depending on the destination. Delivery times are indicative and may vary during busy periods. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as the order is shipped.

Delivery fees

• Free delivery on orders over €50.
• Below that, a €4.90 delivery fee.

Tracking

You can track your package at any time from the tracking page available on the website.

Delays or problems

In the event of a significant delay, a damaged or undelivered package, contact us at contact@nemivia.com : we will find a solution (reshipment or refund).
